NU Test aggregate formula
Aggregate = (Matric ÷ 1100 × 10) + (FSc ÷ 1100 × 40) + (Test ÷ 100 × 50)

Example: Matric 1000/1100, FSc 950/1100 and test 65/100: 9.09 + 34.55 + 32.50 = 76.14%.
FAST accepts its own NU admission test or NTS NAT scores, both out of 100. If you apply with SAT, convert your score to a percentage first (for example, 1200/1600 = 75). Merit and weights can differ by program, so check the official admission notice.
Tips to improve your merit
- The test has the biggest weight you can still change, so focus your preparation there.
- Use the target box to see exactly how many marks you need, and practise past papers under timed conditions.
- Apply to several universities and programs, since cut-offs change every year.

What is the NU Test aggregate formula?
(Matric ÷ 1100 × 10) + (FSc ÷ 1100 × 40) + (Test ÷ 100 × 50).
Can I use FSc part 1 marks?
If your final FSc result isn’t out yet, universities often accept part 1 marks (out of 550). Enter 550 as the FSc total in that case, and check the admission notice.
