How the Pomodoro Technique works
- Pick one task and press Start.
- Work with full focus until the timer rings (25 minutes).
- Take a 5-minute break: stand up, stretch, get water.
- After four focus sessions, take a longer 15–30 minute break.
Why it helps
- Short, fixed sessions make big tasks feel manageable and reduce procrastination.
- Regular breaks help you keep your energy up through long study days.
- Counting sessions shows how much focused time a task really takes.
Tip: keep this tab open. The time also shows in the browser tab title.
